Home Sweet Home & Happy Fall

Changing colors, cozy sweaters, cinnamon scented candles, pumpkin spiced lattes….just a few of the things on why I love Fall time (just incase you didn’t already know that about me (sarcasm)).
I love…and find so much enjoyment in making our home cozy during all the different seasons, but Fall has to be by far my FAVORITE! How does one not love pumpkins pumpkins everywhere!?! Sharing with you a peek on how I fill our home with simple decorations to celebrate this beautiful time of year. As you can see I may just be a tad in love with all the white pumpkins…

{garland & wicker pumpkins are from Target last year – pumpkins on mantle from the local grocery store}

I have a serious problem…I may buy a mini pumpkin or acorn squash every.time. I go to the grocery store {cringe!}, but they make for such easy beautiful center pieces.

When I say I love pumpkins I’m not joking…I want them in every corner of the house (once again these pumpkins are from Target)

So my fall décor I keep separate from my Halloween pieces …I tend not to decorate for Halloween till we near the date.  This jack-o-lantern (from Target of course) I could not pass up, but here’s a little secret…I turned it around till it is time to face forward.  Yes it’s okay to laugh at me!

We have faux pumpkins inside the house so why not outside as well! I love to buy a few of these faux ones from Michael’s craft store and incorporate them with a couple of real ones to complete the look…also in the long run it will keep decorating cost down. Wreath I purchased from Christmas Tree Shop and hung up using a 3M self adhesive hook. Doormat was too perfect to pass up (picked up at Sam’s Club)…Happy Fall everyone!
